Front Display of Samsung A670

I just got my phone last night and i'm still learning how to use it but does anyone know if its possible to extend time that the front display stays light?

AND

Is there anyway to get the front display to light up while the phone is closed? (pressing the volume or camera buttons???)

I'd appreciated the help.

Sorry there is no way to keep the front display on for a longer period of time..as for lighting up the front display,just hold the up and down keys on the side for 2 seconds..plus if you hold the camera button on the side when the phone is closed you can take pictures with the phone closed..
