Samsung SCH-A670
A680 on Verizon
I bougt the SPRINT VERSION. Then i had a guy i know unlock it. Took sometime to get the MSL code but he got it and the phone works PERFECT and its TRIMODE (signal works perfect and stronger than my OLD SLIDER PHONE)
Came with games built in. The design of the A680 na dhte A670 is different......A680 better battery life!!! and lighter!!! If you notice the A670 has a speaker on the front flip for RINGER...the A680 does not have it there. There is a big difference to the 2 in my eyes.

Yeah, they do look different, The a680 has way too many cut lines on the front. Also the antenna design on the 670 is less obtrusive and the 670 has one of he new style Samsung multi-color flashers up by the antenna unlike the old school one on the 680 which is just a light on the front flip, like my old a530s. Plus Verizon analog is not very good and I never EVER have to use it. Also it would be very hard to tell the weight difference between the two you do realize that like .3 oz is very very small. I actually hope the 670 weighs a little more, The 680 I played with at the Sprint store felt to toy-like. I am sure the 680 is a very nice phone but just stop bashing the 670, what do you have to prove??

Im not bashing anyhting. I had the A670 for verizon. My friend was a tester for the phone.
The setup of my A680 is exactlly the same as my A610. MENUS, etc. Plus my A680 comes with 3 games on it!
A670 is heavier, and u will feel it. NO GAMES, Dual Mode,........oh and the biggest knock to that phone is ITS NOT OUT TO THE PUBLIC YET!!!

Oh my gosh! 3 games! That is the deciding factor for me...oh wait, you can't send pictures or video on your 680 on Verizon. BTW, my friend is the King of England...see how easy that was?

But to each his own. And as for sending pics and videos.....well im not gonna pay 5.99 or 4.99 whatever it is to do that. With a USB you can download your video and pics with the A680 ..with the A670 you cannot , you have to use VERIZON PIC service.
Its like the A610......USB wont work for downloading pics.....but on the sprint version it will.

Well whatever your arguement was not convincing but like you said, to each his own. Plus the 670 works with USB and your personal computer as well I dont know who gave you that information. I would rather have the phone that was optimized for the Verizon Network...that's just me.

THERE IS ABSOULUTLLY NO WAY TO DOWNLOAD VIDEOS AND PICTURES FROM YOUR A670......THE USB IS FOR OTHER STUFF!!!!!

I don't want to admit it... but in fact, you can download pictures from A670, or any phones. You just need to know how... just like somebody unlock A680 for you, there is always way...

All I want to know is...how did your friend get the MSL code? I have VZW service but I sell PCS phones; it would be so fun to play with putting them on my phone line to demonstrate the phones.
