picture messaging
ok i know that i can send a picture message to any verizon wireless camera phone but my question is this: can i send a picture message to a non-verizon phone without the picture just like a text message. Will the system allow it? I figured out that i can send a picture message w/o the picture just like a text message which is what ive been doing but i just wondered if i could do it?

At this time I believe you can only send pictures to cingular users. Any other, as far as I know, you cannot.
