is there a way to email a picture to my sch a 670? if not- can i get a data cable or something?

Yes...you can go to vzwpix.com and set up an account. Upload ringtones and wallpapers to your account and email them to your phone. I works like a charm (I just added more ringtones today!)!!
You can use a cable as well, but I'm not familiar with this process and many people I know seem to have problems with this method.
Before you email tones/papers, make sure you phone is activated through VZW. If you don't have a package, then it'll cost 25 cents per email plus airtime. Also...you can email more than one ringer/wallpaper at a time to save more moola!
