A670- Can't save received Pic to My gallery

Hi- I've been looking through some of the different threads on this subject. But what appears to should work does not. When i receive a pic message, i can click on View and then Option and my only Save option is to Save Msg. I've done that and then gone into my wallpaper and the previous image is not in any of the folders (Gallery, My Image, Preloaded). Any suggestions?

When you go down to "save message" there should be an arrow next to "save message" that allows you to scroll left-to-right. Scroll L/R until you get to "save picture."

Provided this work, you'll be able to save your pix to "Gallery."

When I scroll down to save message, there is no arrow to get to save picture. The message they send says to log on to there site to find out how to view the picture. I am sending the pict to my cell#, should I be sending it a different way?

Can you scroll left to right under save message? Usually, you go down to SAVE MESSAGE and then scroll left to right to SAVE IMAGE.

No it just moves the cursor up or down when I try to scroll left to right. I just got my phone yesterday so maybe my pic/video messaging is disabled. I will call tonight and see.
