how can i get the SPC code for kyocera ke424c. I need to unlock my phone that i purchased in hawaii

Six month ago I got a kyocera Ke424c prepaid phone in Hawaii. I recently moved out of Hawaii and Iam trying to get the phone activated with local phone company. All I need is the SPC code.
