Can't talk while charging ?!?!?!?

I read in one of the reviews for this phone that you are unable to talk on the phone while it is charging. Is this true? I can't imagine that Kyocera would design the phone this way.

Second if it is true, how about if you remove the magnet on the slider are you then able to use the phone while it is charging? Thanks in advance for any info on this matter.

You absolutely may talk on the phone while it is plugged in to the charger. It just doesn't charge the battery. As for the magnet I am still waiting to find out where it is and what else it will effect if you remove it.
