real problems with my update???
since my update my phone has not been giving me the applications list and widgets on my homescreens, this happens when im leaving an application and i have to scroll up and down a few times to get the widgets to appear, my question os this, could this be because i didnt get the update from verizon and downloaded it from a link on this site, also if this MIGHT be the case can i just delete the update from my memory card, and will the new update automaticaly be prompted to install?? or will this even fix the problem, and is anyone else having this problem?

I suspect that what you are seeing is a side effect of some of the changes they did. I have seen speculation on other sites that one of the significant changes involves how processes are scheduled. These changes result in more efficient processing, especially for background applications, at the expense of the current window not updating quite as quickly as it did before. (overall, it will be faster, and it generally "feels" faster, especially if you are switching to an application that has been running in the background) Now, if indeed this is the case, then scrolling back and forth is actually going to make the problem worse, rather than better, as it gives the s...
