Droid Bluetooth (and some other issues)

Just got a Droid. I like many things about it, but here are some questions/issues and I would appreciate any help:
-I have a Parrot 3000 Bluetooth device installed in my car. The Droid pairs with the Parrot and the microphone and speaker work. However, pressing the button on the Parrot that's supposed to request a voice command does nothing. You can voice dial using the voice command button on the Droid but it's hard to see in the car (especially if the screen goes into sleep mode) and you have to physically press "OK' to complete a call.
Does anyone know how to make the Parrot voice dialing feature work with the Droid?

I have to physically touch the voice command.

Why are you buying ringtones?

There are thousands of free ones (soundboards) and you can take any song and set it as a ringtone, or download an app called Ringdroid and make any clip of any song a ringtone.
