Exchange not working

I am trying to set up my corporate email via exchange on this thing. Keeps telling me that user id and password are incorrect. What the heck? Our IT department can not figure this out.

Any ideas? There is absolutely no support at Motorola, Verizon or Google for Android.

How is your corp server configured?

If people in your companies have blackberries, do they use BIS (29.99) or BES (44.99) for data?

If they use BES, you might need to add activesync to your plan.

We have activesync but it's my understanding that this is why it won't work? The android exchange wont support activesync because of a remote wipe and password issues. Am I the only one having this problem?

I've only activated a few corp accounts (most are handled by the company's tech people) but we haven't had issue.

I had issues at first as well, but finally got it to sync with my corp account. It was easy too. I used exchange (not pop 3) then typed in my info. Be sure you have the correct info filled in. It's tricky cause it asks for domain/username so you have to type it in exactly like that "company doman name/your user name. Then be sure on the ssl authentication boxes. Also if your inbox is full, clear it out leaving only a few things, then sync the move them back into your box. Hope that helps.
