Had to return mine

Well the day has come. I tried to hold off and remain a Palm loyalist but I can no longer do it. I really wish they kept the 700 body but slimmer. More importantly I cant create distribution lists for texting and emails. Ok, for some reason my girlfriend can forward texts on her free phone but I can't on this flagship, cutting edge of technology phone, come on Palm are you serious. This isn't the phone for the power user. I've had to reactivate my curve, no problems. Sorry Palm but unless you pay more attention to the blackberry model it will be hard to gain an advantage in the smartphone market. I'm sure that there will be updates, I just don't have time to wait. Apple waited 2+ years before you can cut and paste on the iphone. If ...

Because Apple and Palm are the same company right? Since they waited 3 years for basic features, Palm will wait 3 years for minor tweaks (Ignore the 2 updates within the first 2 weeks, THEY DON'T COUNT)?

I'm sure they will eventually fix that........

BUT for now, anybody else out there wants to forward a text/email you can do so fairly easily (not as easy as a forward but easy) by following these steps:

1) highlight by holding orange key(or cap key I forget) and drag desired text

2) tap up left corner of screen and click copy

3) select who you want to send the text/email

4) tap up left corner of screen and click paste



Not too big of a deal to do this until there is hopefully an update to forward stuff
