Currently have Alltel, but may soon work for AT&T Corp, so here goes:
Will a user still be able to operate the Nav function while NOT on a 3G signal? I'm basically curious what functionality is lost (not simply slowed) whole not picking up 3G.

i would hope the nav worked without 3g, because if it only works in 3g, there are gonna be a lot of lost iphone users 🙂

I dont have an iphone, but my NAV works fine on my BJ 2 in our non-3g area.
