Sorry but having ALL the phones on the market does no good if all you have are "kids" that could give a crap if they help anyone or not.
Best Buy customer service in store is the absolute worst.........including the Cell Phone area.

Best Buy Mobile Sucks. They only have a limited supply of phones, and they are usually phones that are outdated. As for the iphone, regardless of who sells it, the phone still sucks! And, to my friend with the post before mine, YOU ARE VERY RIGHT. BEST BUY in general has the worst customer service, especially in the Mobile Phone Department. You buy the phone from them, but unless you pay extra for an expensive service plan, you cannot get assistance from them. Where do they refer you instead? To the Verizon or ATT, etc stores. Dumbass company!
