Does anyone really know how hard this phone will be to get on the day of? or this weekend? I'd like to upgrade but I'm not going to wait in line from 5am like a zombie for this thing.

I work for at&t and last year our store had some left over after we closed on friday..it all depends on where you live...if you live in a major city, ie atlanta, chicago, new york, orlando, san fran...they will most likely run out that day!

Yep, you can only purchase one per person in line at the store. If you are a CRU acct and you are eligible to order on the phone thru us, then you can order 3 units per acct per day.

If you live near an apple store, you're golden. They'll open at 8 AM and will have hundreds of iphones available. No need to wake up super early. Just stroll in when you feel like it. I got my iphone last year at my apple store at 6 PM on opening day. Didn't break a sweat. All of the corporate AT&T stores were sold out since the morning, too.
