Yes, and that is the main reason , people leave sprint on a daily bases. Maybe if Sprint started putting more money into there CS and less into the technology they might keep there customers. I hear this on a daily bases. Nothing but complains day in and day out. CS is horrible and complaints about coverage as well. Noone is perfect but more people complain about Sprint than ATT , Verzion and TMobile..

Oh, and even though you didn't say it was a PDA, I was making reference to the fact that Sprint has pitted it against a true PDA device which is just not a good idea for any dumb phone to do. True PDA's are hard to compete with period. Why do you think Blackberry is so popular now. I see more of them on teenagers now that I do corp execs.

By every definition, the iPhone is a PDA. It has access to Corporate Email via IMAP if your company allows it and offers true HTML email. Granted the IMAP is not push but a push solution for Exchange is coming on July 11th. Push is not required for any device to be considered a PDA. PDA's befo...

I would never hate on the iphone it seems that the iphone users are the ones that usually start the battle whenever they see a new contender. So hate I shall not to. The phone was never meant to be a PDA phone. It's for multimedia. The phone was supposed to be for users 15-24. It does have POP3, it has a free sync program where you can save you numbers on the network. Like I said people.

I gotcha. I just think that Sprint and the threads started here opened that flood gate. Sprint would have really made some headway comparing the Instinct to the miserable Glide, Voyager, or Envy from Verizon OR some looser like the Pantech Duo on AT&T.
