Tmobile Telesales Stinks !!!

I had to order Blackberry Curve 8320 "THREE" times to get the wrong phones finally. Every time I would order the phone I kept getting the same lame excuse that the order is missing. It was also shocking for me to hear that in it takes up to 48 hours for them to enter the order manually into their system. After 3 attempts when they got the phone into their system they sent me the wrong color. I am very disappointed with the poor sales department service from Tmobile and am now wondering about the credibility of their high customer service ratings on JD Power. Anyone had similar issues ?? I am considering going to Cingular or stick with good old Verizon.

To be honest, I also wanted to switch to AT&T, BUT for a diferent reason. In fact, I knew that I will have to give up outstanding TMO customer/sales service and will start dealing with pretty "lame" service at AT&T.
Bottom line, I am surprized to hear about your bad experience. Sorry
