HTC Tilt 8925 / TyTN II
Does the tilt use standard mini-usb accessories?
It looks like the Tilt has a non-standard shape to the USB port but at the store where I looked at it they were charging it with a standard mini-usb plug. I assume this works OK since the phone was working and indicated it was charging. How about headphones? Is there a separate jack or do you use the USB like on the RAZR?

I called HTC and they say that the adapter for mini USB to 3.5mm is not available yet. They said the one for the 8525 will not work. I am waiting however the A2DP works great.

you can get mini USB to 3.5mm adapters on ebay. Im sure the blue tooth headsets are great, but too much money for me.

I am anxious to know. I talked to a accessory specialist at HTC and they said they had supplied the adapter for the 8525 to new 8925 owners, but customers were calling and telling them that they do not work on the 8925. They said they will have adapters for the 8925 available soon.

I got my miniUSB to 3.5mm adapter today, same as the link I posted. It took 7 days to ship including the weekend and came from China.
So anyway, it seems to work perfectly. Charging and music through the adapter work fine. The only thing I haven't tried is making a call using the hands free mic. Otherwise no problemo.
