i say tilt hands down for many many reasons.

if I owned a business or worked for a big company or I if wanted to feel more important than I am, I'd get the Tilt.
But I'm not, so I'll settle for the Touch.
I like Google Maps/Live Search better than Telenav.
WiFi is not free where I live and is very hard to find.
I don't need a keyboard.
I'm more consumer-oriented.

yea...I still use those above GPS most times because of the fact GPS almost literally eats the battery
...
I like the Touch interface, its nice eye candy, but I IRC a lot on my Tilt, I rather have the keyboard, but, I also think its a personal preference.
I also think one can install the touch interface or the parts of it you like on most if not all newer WM6 PPC HTC phones, yeah it might take some work.
