loose slide

Ok I just purchased one of these babies yesterday, and when I did, there was no screen plastic thing on it and the screen was smudged up. I asked him if it had been returned and resold and he assured me it had not. When the phone is shut it feels very sturdy and nice, but when slid open it is quite noticeably loose. Is this the case with everyone else's???

i have had mine for about 1 and a half weeks and its not loose

Take it back for a new one. I had reps give me a phone with fingerprint smudges on it and no plastic cover or film... COME ON! It's obvious that those are returns! Don't let his assurance fool you. It's been used.
