Hmmm. Maybe something I heard was wrong, but I heard $399, 2 year contract and a $100 rebate.

Won't know until I order it Monday May 14th.

The times said the phone would be available on May 28th. Does that mean in the stores? I am planning on getting to too. Are you sure it will be available on the 14th? I will also be ordering it as soon as it is available.

From what I hear it's available in the Internet & Business Channels on the 14th, with Brick and Mortar (Store) release on the 28th. I confirmed this today with Verizon.

Hope that helps!
