I have had the Mogul for 5 days now. It seems like a great phone to this point but the battery life is kind of suspect. When charging my battery I noticed that a few times it got stuck on 80% and i had to actually turn the phone off and charge it to reach 100%. When charging the phone on a pc, at times the phone displayed the icon as if it was running on battery power. I hope these are just a minor software issues.

Charging the phone via PC will result in a trickle charge, which I don't believe is enough charging power to tell the phone it's actually charging.

I also think the issue with your phone reporting 80% charge until you cycle power is a software issue, and nothing to do with the battery at all. If you find you have this problem though, you should still cycle power like it seems you have been. If your phone keeps reporting 80% charge and it's already at 100%, it will keep trying to charge. This will result in your battery over-charging which could, in some cases, damage your phone itself.
