When will AT&T stores in Central Wisconsin start carrying iPhones? How come it is that Alaska has them, but Central Wisconsin doesn't?

Or did you just want to look at one? Then I duno bud. You have to find a AT&T "Corporate" store. The AT&T stores you're probably talking about are 3rd party resellers. They won't get it for awhile. Long awhile.
But you can order the phone, and activate it on iTunes as well. Cut the middleman out, do it yourself.

To my knowledge our corporate stores don't have them either. AT&T just bought out our carrier (Cellular One) If I do a store search for iPhones on AT&T's website, it says no stores were found.

The former Cell One now AT&T corporate store in Superior, WI didn't get iPhone, either.
BUT, the two corp stores across the bridge in Duluth, MN each got it, and the stores are five minutes from each other.
Go figure.
