How to copy ringtone to phone from micro SD card?

I recently purchased a u540 from Verizon and would like to add custom ringtones. I have created several ringtones using Audacity, copied them to a micro SD card, but cannot figure out how to get them from the card to the proper place on the phone to use them as a ringtone. I cannot email or text it to my phone because I have a text block on the phone. I also do not have Bluetooth on my laptop, and I don't have a USB cable for the u540. Is anyone able to help? Thanks! 😁

Verizon says you can't transfer ringtones via SD card, and I haven't found a way to prove them wrong yet. You can remove the text block, send the ringtones, then put it back on... that may be the easiest way to do it.
