Samsung SCH-u540 Alarm Not Working?!?
Hi,
I just received my Samsung SCH-u540 and love the phone.
I use my cell phone alarm clock to wake up each morning, but I cannot get the alarm clock to work on this phone? I have it set, have it turned to on, have tried different times, etc, etc. I read something about users have problems with reminders not working.
Has anyone else experienced problems with the alarm or reminders not working? If so, how did you get this resolved?

I just tried my alarm and it works. For reminders are you talking about snooze?

Thanks Popeye. The alarm worked this morning. I had one set to get up and one set as a backup. The first one went off at 6a.m., but the second at 6:30a.m. didn't go off. I am playing with the alarms to figure them out. The first night I got the phone though, the alarm wouldn't work when I set it for about 30 minutes out to test. Not sure what happened, but I must not have done something right. I was just talking about the original alarm that goes off and not the snooze. I think I'm good to go now. I appreciate your reply.

Not to sound sarcastic but you have to make sure the alarm is on. I did the same thing myself...

Thanks for the post. Yeah, I made sure it was on and tried every other possible combination to get it to work. I have it set to go off every day at 6a.m. and yesterday it worked and today it didn't, go figure? I contacted Verizon and they said that I can have a new one sent out to replace this one. Thanks for your reply!
