I Need Help !!!

I just got this phone 2 days ago and I'm having issues already! 😳 I used the # key to switch from ring to vibrate like I've always done with all the Samsungs I've owned. For some weird reason, this phone freezes up when doing this!!! I can't even turn if off. After I took the battery out for like 1 minute, and it was still frozen when it turned back on. After about 3 hours of waiting, it started working again. How weird???!?!!?!?! Has anyone had this problem yet???? 👀

id defenitely return it since u only got it two days ago..thats just not normal, i put my phone on vibrate using that button all the time, and nothing like that happens

I'd take it back.

I too use the # key all the time. I haven't had any issues.
