Voice dialing on Pearl
Can anyone please offer some update...Is there a way to access the voice dialing feature without having to roll onto the icon on the desktop....I had a Q that had a key that allowed you to simply press it and voice dialing would work....PLease respond.

Why don't you set up voice dialing on either the right or left convenience key. Go to Option>Screen/Keyboard.

Thank you...I did designate it , but when I push the convenience button, it just takes me back to perviously dialed numbers....any suggestions?........

I don't know if the option varies by provider, I'm on T-Mobile and it worked for me. I went to Options>Screen/Keyboard. Then I scrolled down to "Left Side Convenience Key Opens:" Press the trackball to open the list and the second option from the top says " Default (Voice Dialing)". Highlight that option and press the trackball. When you have completed that, make sure that you press the "menu" button and save the changes.
