Ear piece sound, sounds muffled!

😕 Is it just me or does the sound on this phone sound muffled? Or maybe it's just my phone? I think it sounds strange, whenever i talk to someone they sound like they are inside a box or something, not very clear. Does anyone notice this too?

I have noticed this as well. I have also noticed that it varies depending on the caller's phone brand and carrier. 🤨
Have you tried setting the "earpiece gain" to "On" under the "audio settings" in the Service menu?
