The sound on the Sanyo MM-5600 is crystal clear. Much like digital stereo sound (with-in volume limits.) -- Being it an MP3 player, the sound will be immaculate. Look at the specs on the info side of this phone. Clearly states 72 chord ringer, is that good enough. I doubt that it would have anything less than the MM7400.
