Something you can not miss if you have a Sanyo phone
I go to Fry's electronics last weekend, I find Handset Manager product lines now are in Fry's electronics. This is an excellent data kit that can enhance your cellular, for some MP3 phones, it also supports MP3 clip to set up as ringtone. If you want to be unique, you gotta have a piece of Handset Manager for your phone. 🙂
If we activate use of the side keys on the 8200, aren't we supposed to be able to answer a call in speakerphone mode while the phone is folded? I can't hear the caller until I flip open the phone. Only then can I fold the phone and continue conversation. Has anybody else experienced this and is it a defect in need of repair or replacement?
😕 I purchased a Sanyo PM8200 phone in November. Up until yesterday I was receiving SMS text messages, now all my messages come up as shor mail. when I called sprint they tried to tell me that my phone is not SMS capable. Everyone that I know with this phone get SMS, why doesnt it work for me anymore?? How do I fix it, because obviously Sprint Tech. Support is not going to help me.

I was messing with my phone the other day and noticed if you hold the vol. up or down button with the phone closed, the flash will turn on for 5 seconds. Just thought it was a pretty cool hidden feature. Thought I'd share the knowledge.
Does anyone know how to add games to the 8200 without downloading them off the 'net? I have a USB cable and software; there are games on the software CD, but I don't know how to load them on the phone.
i downloaded a few ringtones cuz the rings that came with the phone were really bad...but problem is they are way too quiet, even with the volume turned all the way up. if there is any type of noise in the room i cant hear my phone ring. i'm just wondering if there are any settings i am missing or am i out of luck.
so far thats the only thing i dont like about the phone, but that is a pretty big thing to me.
