Dear sir/madam,
Thank you for contacting Motorola E-Mail Support.
In reference to your inquiry, the Motorola V710 was available only through Radio Shack for the free Bluetooth accessory promotion.
In this case, due to an agreement with this supporting companies, the Motorola V710 wasn´t available through Verizon(but through Radio Shack) upon launching.
We really apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you.
