Need to backup and edit motorola droid contacts on PC
I need to backup and edit the contacts of my morotola droid. If possible I want to sync it with my pc.

My gmail account and the droid automatically sync my contacts. I can add a contact to either place and it automatically goes to other place.
As an aside, my google calendar and gmail tasks are synced (I added an app, gtasks). The calendar syncs automatically, but the other needs to be done manually by syncing.

I ended up with contact duplication. I think it happened during a sync. Is there any way to avoid this? I ended up with 2 entries for every gmail contact. Is there anyway to indicate which source is the primary one, so that if I delete an entry on the phone, it is deleted from the gmail?

I believe I might have ended up with duplicates. I went into GMAIL and fixed this, and it automatically synced to DROID.
I also use GOOGLE Calendar and GOOGLE TASKS (WITH GTASKS APP) to sync with cellphone,
