Manual update to 2.01 tips
If you visit either PhoneArena or AllDriod, they have links to the update.zip file
I found downloading a free zip program helped, that way the phone recognizes the zip file extension.
If you download this from your phone to your SD card, it will be saved in the downloads folder, and will need to be moved to the main directory (no subfolders). You can move the file by long pressing the file name and select move.
Then just follow the steps outlined on both AllDroid or PhoneArena.
