Motorola RAZR maxx Ve

so i got a flix message the other day and it was like two mins. long...and i was wondering how this was done i can get the video on my phone but when i try to send it, it will only let me send it to a bluetooth, the "send flix message" is not even there but i can forward the message just fine 🤨
