U.S. Cellular Also Delves into Samsung's TouchWiz

Samsung announced that U.S. Cellular will also carry the Delve phone, which uses Samsung's TouchWiz interface. It is available online and at U.S. Cellular retail locations.


Alltel Gets Samsung's First U.S. TouchWiz Phone

Today Alltel and Samsung announced the Delve, a new phone using the TouchWiz user interface. The TouchWiz interface has widgets that allow users to customize and personalize their phone, as well as drag and drop applications to the phonetop. It has a 3-inch touch display with a software keyboard and haptic feedback. The Delve is a mono-block phone with EVDO, Bluetooth with A2DP stereo, and GPS. It has a 2 megapixel camera with video capture, 3.5mm headset jack, supports microSD cards up to 8GB, and a full HTML Web browser. The Delve can be pre-ordered starting October 30, and will be available in retail stores beginning November 7 for $250 after rebates with new agreement.
