My Lgvx5550 is having some problems well just one problem. The welcome screen is just flashing on and off on the internal and the external display. I think it may be a loose battery connection but not sure let me know.

The 5550 sucked. 😢 There was a lot of issues with that phone. Best bet is to take into the store you purchased it at and see if it's still under warranty. If not, hopefully they will work something out with you. That was the only model I'm not proud of. LG is an awesome brand and hopefully your provider can exchange it for something else. An easy solution is to take out the battery and pop it back in every time it does it. Will get old, but it should work.
