Lg VX8100 question
In the handbook for this phone is gives directions on how to set a sounds saved in "my sounds" as a ringer, but on the phone its not the same, there is no option to set as ring tone. The only options it gives is: 1.Send,2.To PIX Place,3.Rename,4.Move,5.Lock,6.Erase All,7.Sound Info
I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about it or maybe if i should be waiting on a software update, thanks

I dont know which handbook you got, cause mine didnt have anything on how to set the ringtone from sounds, you cant get the sounds as ringtones they just sit there in the sounds folder...i did a little research and found out that this looks like the only 'top model' phones that you cant do that...well i returned it and got the motorola instead...hope this helps ya
