THE RELEASE DATE IS FOR OCT 1, 2005 THE RETAIL PRICE IS 449.00 WITH DISCOUNTS ACCORDING TO PLANS.

Correction. Release date on Verizonwireless.com is September 26th. It will be 349.99 with a 2 year agreement. Then an additional 50 dollar rebate for a net cost of 299.99.
