when you turn on the blackjack, the audio is amazing. the sound it automatically makes when it powers on and off is LOUD and in STEREO. Yet when i play a song, it isn't very loud and certainly isn't in stereo. 😢 the instruction manual is really not very good. any ideas? have i missed a setting or what?

I also can't figure out how to play a song over my bluetooth either.

I just bought my Blackjack a couple of days ago and I'm having the same problems. My biggest complaint it the ring. I've tried using all the rings the phone comes with and I've tried adding rings and music. No matter what I do, the ring is so soft that I can bearly hear it even when It's just in my hand. I have the habit of carrying my phone in my pocket so If I want to hear it, I have to only use vibrate.
If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, I'd be happy to hear it.

Make sure you are turning phones volume up and turn your media players volume up too. Then you will get max volume. Works same way as windows media player volume control and windows system volume.
