how to synch a930?
its way later than i want to be up. i have to get up in 4 1/2 hours to work at a cell warehouse. i thought synching it would be easy. everytime i plug it in (yes i installed the software) it says "new hardware found" and makes the sound. then when i click "sync" on windows media player 10 it cant find anything. and when i hit synch on the phone it says error. what the hell. this could be a reason to send it back if i cant fix this. thanks guys. please help

seriously people help me out on this. ive reinstalled the drivers numerous times, and it still cant find my phone. says theres a problem with the plug. its plugged in correctly so i dont know. i want to make sure its not the new phone or ill send it back. i only have a few more days before my twoweek trial is up. help me out guys.
