Samsung A900: Play MP3's without Sprint Music Store?

Is there a way to play MP3's without going through the Sprint Music Store on the phone?

I can't find a way and if there is not, this raises some issues:

-If you don't subscribe to EVDO Vision, are you charged for Vision usage?

-If you are roaming and can't connect to Vision, how do you listen to music?

Is there an application you can use to listen to music?

Check the A900 thread. This is a common question about putting MP3s on the phone.

Yes you are charged for Vision usage w/o a plan if downloading the song from the Music Store.

You do not need to have Vision if you just want to listen to the music. I have a Sanyo MM-9000 and I can lock services (like vision, ready link, voice calls...). I locked Vision service and went to the music store and listened to music I'd already purchased. Good luck.
