samsung r500 T9??

so does anybody know if there is a way to fix the t9 i hate that i cant use the wxyz.. 😡

FYI, i work at cricket in oklahoma and we have the flash file to repair the t9 and take care of the freezing issue on some handsets. if you're with alltel i'm not sure if they have the update. just sayin.

Alltel's R500s don't have that problem (or at least mine doesn't) - as far as I've seen, only Cricket's Hues are problematic. No idea why, since they are exactly alike...

Cricket release a software update for the r500 to fix the issue. Just go to a Cricket Coporate store and the will update your phone for free.
