A920 Enable GPS Access for Apps

Has anyone been able to allow any applications to access the internal GPS on the Samsung A920? Every application I have loaded is set to "never allow" under settings and location with no other choices offered.

I have QPST and it works perfectly to view the phones internal file system. I know that on the .txt files that correspond to JAR applications, the PERM field is the one that relates to the settings (0 for network, 1 for location/GPS, 2 for file connection, 3 for PIM, 4 for Sprint extensions, and 5 for bluetooth). All of my apps always have zeroes for all fields. Has anyone tried changing the zero to a one or a two in the location/GPS part of the PERM field to force the GPS to enable?
