Motorola

We are going in to renew our contract on June 26th. I'm undecided whether to get the RAZR v3c (US Cellular) or the Moto V323. I went in today to look at them, and wow the RAZR is a pretty thin phone. And I wonder if I will even use half of the things your able to do on it but ya never know I guess. Help me decide, please. This will be my first Moto purchase as I have a LG 6100 right now and I'll be giving my mom mine.
