Unlocked Phones worth the $$$?
(I apologize if this may have been debated in the past; was unable to find any info via search of this forum)
Are unlocked phones worth the $$$? I received the recommendation via this site to get an unlocked phone so that when I go over seas I can purchase a pre-paid SIM. From a vanity standpoint, I would have a phone that was not branded to any particular carrier. Are there other advantages to an unlocked phone?

if u wanna switch around sim cards u best get a unlocked phone.....i would buy from wireless imports...jus dont get anything that says prototype
