well heres a question..
why does it seem that all the major hits in the US use GSM?
Examples:
SLVR
RAZR
Blackberry, although they also use CDMA.
Only Sprint has a few good phones on their hands, like the blade.

WHY???

ps. please dont respond with a list of your favorite phones that have CDMA, i dont wanna know that. i just need an answer to the question above.

GSM is a global standard, while CDMA is only available in limited areas (comparitively). It just makes sense that a lot of the really good phones would be put out to a technology that can be sold all around the world. It's just easier to make a phone that uses a very strict standard (so it will work almost anywhere) as opposed to a phone that has to be specially made for a select few companies around the world.

Of course, your list is kind of obsolete since the RAZR is also made in CDMA formats, the L7c is out, and like you said: BBs are already CDMA.
