Sprint Samsung A900
Is there anyway to create ringtones on PC, then upload them directly to the phone without using the Internet? If not, are there any Sprint phones out there which would allow me to do so?

The easiest way to download ringtones to your Samsung A900 is to subscribe to the Sprint PCS Power Vision Access Pack for $15.00/month
This freeware will allow you to make a MP3 ringtone by cutting sections of a song and be able to save it to your hard drive:

I'd try to keep the ringtone under 30 seconds as the longer the length of the ringtone the less you'll be able to store on your handset.
