Sony Ericsson WAP SETUP

I bought a brand new Sony Ericsson off ebay and it is for cingular wireless. I amd trying to setup the wap browser with out going to a cingular store cause it is a hour away. if anyone knows how to do it please help. And if you know if it will cost anything if i do have to take it in. I already had WAP on my Samsung S307. If anyone knows PLEASE help!!!!!
