Better signal in a tall office building

I work on the 24th floor of an office building in atlanta. The reception for our ATT cellular service is not very good in the office. Reception is fine on the lower floors.
Is there some equipment we can install that will give us better cellular reception within our office. Please don't suggest we install a new cellular tower.

thanks for your advice.

Since you're in Atlanta, you should stop by CTIA next week. There will be a good number of companies exhibiting there that offer various solutions for your situation.

Lscott-
Check out www.wilsonelectronics.com at their amplifiers/repeaters. They are somewhat costly, but you get awsome coverage with them usually. Gain can be up to a 50 mile radius.

Call AT&T. If you have enough phones (or sign a contract) they could put a BDA in for you.

One of the big issues is that at on the 24th floor, approximately 240 above the ground, you are more than 100' over most cell sites. I wouldn't reccomend putting in a BDA yourself for:
1. Its illegal for an end user to install and operate such a device.
2. Engineering must be done to ensure that you don't mess up the AT&T (or any other carrier's) patterns and loading due to your altitude.

Leave it to the RF experts and do it right, if you do it yourself you take the chance of having the carrier coming in and have you take it off the air or risk fines from the FCC (if your in the US).
