Unlocking blackberry pearl from gsm to cdma

Does anyone know if it is possible?


if so, where would i be able to aquire the needed materials (software) to do so.


any help would be greatly appreciated.

The device lacks CDMA chipsets. It's not a matter of it being 'locked' to GSM, no more than you are 'locked' to English because you don't understand Swahili.

Difference is you can learn Swahili. Getting the phone to 'learn' CDMA is going to be an exercise in perverse ingenuity with a lot of soldering.

Definitely not possible - this is not a software issue. GSM and CDMA are different hardware sets.
