Will someone please tell me if the Sanyo 2300 can be used with a wireless bluetooth device?

Learn your facts before you attempt to assist someone here. Even though the Sanyo 2300 does not have Bluetooth technology built into the handset, you can use a Bluetooth headset with it provided you purchase a Bluetooth adapter like the Jabra A210. Basically what happens is when you pair the Bluetooth headset with the Bluetooth adapter, the adapter acts as a transceiver for the voice signal.

You are assuming it's a headset they want to use.
I'm pretty sure those won't work with GPS receivers or Bluetooth data dongles.
